Barton County Community College Computer Club

Purpose

The club provides an opportunity to increase leadership abilities of the members, enhance insight to the computer area of the real world, recognize the characteristics important for future employment and gives students the opportunity to meet others with the same career interest.

Fall LAN Party

The Fall LAN Party will be held on November 9th in the Student Union. It will take place from 6:00 PM until 1:00 AM. The Student Union is located on the south end of the main campus. This link will help you get to BCCC. A map provided on the Barton website will help you find the Student Union.

We will be hosting tournaments for Halo 3 on the XBOX 360, Guitar Hero II on the PS2, and Unreal Tournament 2004 for PCs. Each tournament will have giveaways, possibly even a Guitar Hero Guitar! Other games are welcome to be played, but will not have a tournament for them this time.

The cost is $10 per person, which includes entrance into all tournaments. Pizza is set at $1 per slice, and $.50 for each can of pop.
